If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid either as a store credit or a refund in the manner that payment has been received.

When you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You hereby agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. M de Wet Promotions and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

M de Wet Promotions has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. M de Wet Promotions takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether by telephone, via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable): (i) by delivery of the goods to you, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. 
All items supplied remain the property of M de Wet Promotions until such time as they are paid for in full. Orders will only be processed once we have received payment in full this includes delivery charges, unless prior arrangements have been made and acknowledged in writing.

All items sold through this site are sold as ’retail goods’. M de Wet Promotions cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
The format of our invoice and statements to you will solely be dictated by us.

All goods are subject to availability. While we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders and purchases, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided to us to inquire as to how to proceed. We may, at our discretion, process any part of the order which is available. Where items are out of stock, we will refund you the price paid for such items, by means of credit or in the manner that payment was received, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. No credit card details will be stored.
